Discover an exceptional and rare combination specimen, personally field-collected by us during our recent prospecting trip along Ontario's iconic Highway 17 — a legendary corridor for Canadian mineral collecting.
This striking 46 g piece features a bed of delicate, slightly amber-tinted druzy quartz points filled with fine orange hematite inclusions that create a fantastic color contrast. Perched atop this hematoid quartz matrix are numerous small, isolated and clustered cubes of pink phantom fluorite measuring between 2 and 4 mm. The fluorite crystals feature distinctly highlighted purple edges that beautifully frame each cube.
A delicate and visually stunning piece from a truly classic Highway 17 location!
